Target audience

Our services are aimed at companies and individuals who require precise and efficient metalworking solutions.

This includes manufacturers from the automotive and aerospace industries, metal processing companies, architects, designers, as well as craftsmen and artists.

Purpose of use

Laser cutting is ideally suited for:

  • Prototype construction: Fast and precise creation of prototypes and samples.
  • Series production: Efficient processing of large quantities with consistent quality.
  • Art and Design: Creative and intricate designs for artworks, furniture and decorations.
  • Construction and architecture: Production of custom-made building components and facade elements.
Tolerances

Tolerances of cutting contours. We cut according to ISO 9013.

Notes
  • Distortion during laser cutting
    • With long/large parts and many small cutouts or contours with small ridges on a surface, thermal distortion often occurs, which is unavoidable and must be taken into account during the design.
  • Laser spatter, soot and melting
    • Depending on the material and sheet thickness, laser cutting can result in spatter or soot on the underside of the laser-cut parts. This can be caused by the laser point, the component geometry, very small contours, and the positioning of the components on the laser blades. While soot cannot always be avoided depending on the material, it can be easily wiped off.
  • ridge formation
    • Depending on the sheet thickness and material, a laser burr may be present on the underside and is technically unavoidable. For laser-cut parts that will not require subsequent deburring, it is recommended to include edge rounding in the order.
  • Microbridges
    • By default, micro-bridges are programmed between the component and the sheet metal when cutting laser parts to prevent the components from tilting and to avoid possible collisions.
