Information on the right of withdrawal

Consumers generally have the statutory right of withdrawal for orders placed through our online shop. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Note regarding custom-made products

For products that are specially manufactured according to your individual specifications – for example, according to customer drawings, individual special dimensions or a customer-specific design – the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

Custom-made product – exclusion of the right of withdrawal

Products that are individually manufactured according to your specifications are not part of our regular standard range.

Production is based in particular on the individual dimensions, technical specifications, drawings, CAD data or the customer-specific design agreed upon with you.

Please note:

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for custom-made goods., provided that the requirements of Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met.

This applies in particular to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production your individual selection or specification is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects in the goods remain unaffected.
