The Bandschleifer COMPACT wurde für höchste Ansprüche im professionellen Metallhandwerk entwickelt. Trotz seiner kompakten Bauweise überzeugt er mit einer außergewöhnlich hohen Bandgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 47 m/s, einem leistungsstarken 2,2 kW Industrieantrieb und einer robusten Stahlkonstruktion für den täglichen Dauereinsatz.

Dank des integrierten Frequenzumrichters lässt sich die Bandgeschwindigkeit stufenlos an das jeweilige Material und den gewünschten Schleifprozess anpassen. Zusätzlich ermöglicht der Vorwärts- und Rückwärtslauf maximale Flexibilität – ideal für Entgraten, Planschleifen, Kantenbearbeitung oder das Bearbeiten komplexer Werkstücke.

Das große gummierte und gezahnte Antriebsrad mit 300 mm Durchmesser sorgt für eine enorme Schleiffläche, hervorragenden Bandlauf und eine hohe Materialabtragsleistung. Die beiden präzisionsgefertigten Vollaluminium-Laufräder gewährleisten einen ruhigen und vibrationsarmen Lauf.

Für maximale Ergonomie kann die Maschine stufenlos bis 90° geschwenkt werden. Der höhen- und winkelverstellbare Schleiftisch ermöglicht präzises Arbeiten in nahezu jeder Position.

Der stabile Maschinenständer mit integrierten Schwerlastrollen verbindet hohe Standfestigkeit mit einfacher Mobilität in der Werkstatt. Eine kräftige 300 N Gasdruckfeder sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Bandspannung, während der integrierte Circuit breaker eine sichere und komfortable Bedienung gewährleistet.

Der Bandschleifer COMPACT eignet sich ideal für Metallbauer, Schlossereien, Werkzeugbauer, Messermacher sowie anspruchsvolle Werkstätten, die eine kompakte und gleichzeitig extrem leistungsfähige Bandschleifmaschine suchen.

For products that are specially manufactured according to your individual specifications – for example, according to customer drawings, individual special dimensions or a customer-specific design – the statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.

Products that are individually manufactured according to your specifications are not part of our regular standard range.

Production is based in particular on the individual dimensions, technical specifications, drawings, CAD data or the customer-specific design agreed upon with you.

Please note:

There is no statutory right of withdrawal for custom-made goods., provided that the requirements of Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB) are met.

This applies in particular to goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production your individual selection or specification is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects in the goods remain unaffected.
