Shipping costs depend on the delivery country, weight, dimensions and, if applicable, the shipping method.

Shipping within Germany

Packages are usually shipped via DHL, including shipment tracking.

Freight forwarding and special shipping within Germany

For heavy, bulky or non-parcelable goods, shipping is done via freight forwarding or special delivery.

For particularly large or heavy items, shipping costs may vary due to dimensions, weight, or delivery location. The exact shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

Shipping within the European Union – Zone 1

Zone 1 includes:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland), Estonia, Finland (excluding the Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas territories and departments), Greece (excluding Mount Athos), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d'Italia), Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.

Europe outside the EU – Zone 2

Zone 2 includes:

Great Britain (excluding the Channel Islands) and Switzerland.

Europe – Zone 3

Zone 3 includes, among other things:

Åland Islands, Andorra, Albania, Belarus, Mount Athos, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Campione d'Italia, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Iceland, Channel Islands, Canary Islands, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Livigno, Melilla, Moldova, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine and Vatican City.

Russian Federation – Zone 4

Please note that deliveries to the Russian Federation may be subject to legal export, import, and sanctions restrictions. Therefore, delivery will only be made if the goods in question can be legally exported and imported at the time of ordering and shipment.

America – Zone 5

Zone 5 includes in particular the USA, Canada, Mexico, as well as countries in Central and South America and the Caribbean.

North Africa and the Middle East – Zone 6

Zone 6 includes, among others, Egypt, Algeria, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, the Palestinian Territories, Syria and Tunisia.

Asia and Africa – Zone 7

Australia and Oceania – Zone 8

Information on international shipping

Deliveries to countries outside the European Union may be subject to additional customs duties, import sales taxes, fees or other import charges.

These charges are not included in our shipping costs and may be levied by the relevant customs or tax authorities or the shipping provider. They are generally to be borne by the recipient, unless otherwise stipulated by law.

Please also note the respective import regulations and legal restrictions of the destination country.

Shipping and shipment tracking

Parcel shipments are generally sent with tracking. The available shipping methods will be displayed during the ordering process.

Different conditions may apply to shipments requiring forwarding, special or particularly heavy deliveries.
