You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by a letter sent by post or an email.

If you use this online function, we will immediately send you an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium, for example by e-mail, with information on the content of your revocation declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery – with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us – without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return goods that can be sent by parcel post without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be sent by parcel post.
For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned via normal postal service, the expected direct costs of return will be indicated before the conclusion of the contract in accordance with legal requirements.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other things, to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
This may particularly apply to goods that are manufactured specifically according to a customer drawing, customer-specific dimensions, an individual design or a special configuration largely determined by the customer.
The mere fact that goods are only manufactured after receipt of the order does not in itself lead to the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
