The Bandschleifer COMPACT<\/strong> wurde f\u00fcr h\u00f6chste Anspr\u00fcche im professionellen Metallhandwerk entwickelt. Trotz seiner kompakten Bauweise \u00fcberzeugt er mit einer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlich hohen Bandgeschwindigkeit von bis zu 47 m\/s<\/strong>, einem leistungsstarken 2,2 kW Industrieantrieb<\/strong> und einer robusten Stahlkonstruktion f\u00fcr den t\u00e4glichen Dauereinsatz.<\/p>\n

Dank des integrierten Frequenzumrichters<\/strong> l\u00e4sst sich die Bandgeschwindigkeit stufenlos an das jeweilige Material und den gew\u00fcnschten Schleifprozess anpassen. Zus\u00e4tzlich erm\u00f6glicht der Vorw\u00e4rts- und R\u00fcckw\u00e4rtslauf<\/strong> maximale Flexibilit\u00e4t \u2013 ideal f\u00fcr Entgraten, Planschleifen, Kantenbearbeitung oder das Bearbeiten komplexer Werkst\u00fccke.<\/p>\n

Das gro\u00dfe gummierte und gezahnte Antriebsrad mit 300 mm Durchmesser<\/strong> sorgt f\u00fcr eine enorme Schleiffl\u00e4che, hervorragenden Bandlauf und eine hohe Materialabtragsleistung. Die beiden pr\u00e4zisionsgefertigten Vollaluminium-Laufr\u00e4der gew\u00e4hrleisten einen ruhigen und vibrationsarmen Lauf.<\/p>\n

F\u00fcr maximale Ergonomie kann die Maschine stufenlos bis 90\u00b0 geschwenkt<\/strong> werden. Der h\u00f6hen- und winkelverstellbare Schleiftisch<\/strong> erm\u00f6glicht pr\u00e4zises Arbeiten in nahezu jeder Position.<\/p>\n

Der stabile Maschinenst\u00e4nder mit integrierten Schwerlastrollen<\/strong> verbindet hohe Standfestigkeit mit einfacher Mobilit\u00e4t in der Werkstatt.
